CT Academy of Kickboxing was founded by Karate champion and 3-time world kickboxing champion Bennie “The Jet” Little Jr. 

The academy is in business to teach our students American Shindo Ryu Karate, kickboxing, western boxing, and self defense. We are the only kickboxing school in the area, and we provide a safe and well monitored environment that allows our students to practice full contact martial arts if preferred. We also have special classes for kids, women, and provide private instruction. 

One of our mottos here at CAK is as follows:

“If you want to be the best, you have to train with the best”

We have been providing cross training for many of the areas top martial arts schools preparing for competitions. Our doors are open to anyone who wishes to train and become a top level martial artist or fighter. 

CT Academy of Kickboxing also offers amateur and professional careers in kickboxing, boxing, and MMA.
